Capital Athletics 

If you believe you have equaled or broken a Capital Athletics record, you must lodge an application with Capital Athletics within 28 days of the event.

Residential Records – these records can be broken anywhere in the world if the athlete is registered with a capital athletics club.

All Comers Records – these records can be set by any member of another athletics association at a meet in ACT.

 

All Capital Athletics Championship (u20-opens, u14-18 or Multi event champs) will have results looked over and all comers and resident records will be updated without the athlete filling out any forms.

 

If a record as been broken at a summer series or non-championship competition the athlete will need to fill out the form and send into Capital Athletics Competitions Email

If deemed necessary, you may be asked to provide additional documents to assist in validating the record. Failure to comply with these requirements within the prescribed time frames may result in your record not being recognized.

 Remember, it is your responsibility to apply if you believe you have equaled or broken a record.
