Meet Entry Process

When entering events, please ensure that you enter the seed performance relevant to the event being entered.  Please take careful note of the seed performance format. All track events of 400 metres or more use a format of mm:ss.dd (eg '2:36.23' or 12:26.23').  If you do not use a valid seed performance format, the performance you have entered will be rejected on import to Meet Manager and, instead, it will be shown as 'NT' (ie No Time).

If you have an IPC classification, please enter it against the relevant question in the format "TxxFxx".

All AACT Meets are conducted in accordance with the current AACT Rules of Competition.

Check-In and Close of On-Day Entries

Athletes who have entered On-Line must Check-In for each of the events that they have entered at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled start time of that event unless otherwise specifically stated on that meets Program of Events.  An athlete can Check-In for all events that they have entered when they Check-In for their first event.  If an athlete fails to Check-In for an event by the close of the Check-In period, they will be removed from the event.  Please note that the Check-In close time is strictly enforced and no exceptions will be made.

On-Day entry closes 30 minutes prior to the scheduled start time of that event unless otherwise specifically stated on that meets Program of Events.  If an athlete fails to lodge an On-Day entry for an event by the close of the On-Day entry period, they will not be allowed to enter that event.  They may still enter events with a later scheduled start time.  Please note that this close time is strictly enforced and no exceptions will be made.

Athlete Check-In and On-Day entry form lodgement is done at the Administration area.  At the AIS, the Administration area is in the Commonwealth Room.  This is the building behind the stands and opposite the main straight finish line.  At the Woden venue, the Administration area is the ground floor room in the 2 story building opposite the main straight finish line.

Event Permit Status

The High Noon series has traditionally run as a national permitted series of events.  Athletes who compete will have their results recognised for national and international qualification, and local and national records.
