Level 2 Intermediate Club Coach

This is an Accredited Athletics Coach course designed to develop fundamental skills and drills, and understanding of the basic technical models for the events required for participation in athletics at club and school competition.

The delivery of this course is a one day face-to-face session combined with 3 online 90 minute Zoom Meetings.

The event groups covered include: • Sprints & relays • Hurdles • Middle & Long Distance up to 5000m – excluding steeple chase • Jumps – excluding pole vault • Throws – excluding hammer • Race-walking.

Module 1&2

Date: Sunday 17 October (online Teams meeting delivery)

Time: 5.00pm-6.30pm

Module 4&5

Date: Sunday 24 October (online Teams meeting delivery)

Time: 5.00pm-6.30pm

Module 3 & 6

Date: Saturday 7 November (face-to-face delivery)

Time: 8.30am - 4:00pm
