Registrations for this event are closed.

The 3rd Summer Series meet of the 2021-22 season is being held on the 20th November 2021 with the first event commencing at 4:15pm. The venue is the Woden Park Athletics Field.  This is a State Permit meet.

Please note that the program of events has been updated (as at 14 November 2021) - all events brought forward approximately 1 hour

You can enter by clicking on the Register button and then typing in your RevSport National ID, Surname and DOB.

For registered Athletics ACT and ACT Masters athletes, please login to your account before starting to register for this event.  The Login button is at the upper right of the entry portal screen. 


On-Line Entry


Single Meet Entry

Athletes can purchase entry to single meets which will cost $9.90 per meet and which is for unlimited events. This fee is payable at the time of event registration. There will be no on-day entry for this meet

Due to the limitations of the current athlete registration system, athlete registrations must be manually transferred to the On-Line entry system. This will be done as at 4:00pm each standard business day (ie Monday to Friday).  Athletes who complete their registration after 4:00pm will not be able to use the On-Line Meet entry system until after 4:00pm of the following business day.


All Meets Prepaid Entry

Athletes can purchase an All Meets Prepaid Entry package for $163.00.  Please contact the AACT Executive Officer (eo@athleticsact.org.au) if you wish to upgrade to this package.

Please note that the age determination date for all athletes, other than Masters athletes, is 31st December 2021. The age determination date for Masters athletes is the date of the meet.

On-Line entry closes at 9:00pm on the Thursday immediately preceding the Meet.  Please note that leaving your On-Line entry to the last few minutes may mean the system closes before you complete the entry process and make payment.

Athletes must Sign-In for each all events entered at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled start time of the event/s.

On-Day Entry

On-Day entry for this Meet with the On-Day entry fee set at $20.90.  Payment can be made by cash or EFTPOS (Visa or Mastercard only).  On-Day entries close 30 minutes prior to the scheduled start time of the event.  The On-Day entry form will be available by this link shortly. 

 

COVID-19 Precautions

All athletes and spectators will be required to comply with the Athletics ACT COVID Safe Plan for Track and Field events which is available for download at the bottom of this page.  During the event please ensure you adhere to the requests of the AACT COVID Safety Officer.


Eligibility

All athletes must be registered members of Athletics ACT, ACT Masters Athletics Club or an athletics body affiliated with Athletics Australia.

The minimum age to compete in the Summer Series is 11 years of age (as at 31st December 2021)

If you are a registered athlete, please ensure that you have selected the correct:

AACT Club (must have turned 11 before 31 December 2021);
ACT Masters Athletics; or
if a non AACT athlete, the correct State/Territory/Country.


Entry Process

Please note:  1 or more events may have entries closed off prior to the published close of entries if the number of entries taken for an event is determined to be excessive

When entering events, please ensure that you enter the seed performance relevant to the event being entered.  Please take careful note of the seed performance format.  All track events of 400 metres or more use a format of mm:ss.dd (eg '2:36.23' or 12:26.23').  If you do not use a valid seed performance format, the performance you have entered will be rejected on import to Meet Manager and, instead, it will be shown as 'NT' (ie No Time).

If you have an IPC classification, please enter it against the relevant question in the format "TxxFxx".

All AACT Meets are conducted in accordance with the current AACT Rules of Competition.
