On-Line Entry

Single Meet Entry

Athletes can purchase entry to single meets which will cost $5.00 per meet and which is for unlimited events. This fee is payable at the time of event registration. There will be no on-day entry for this meet

Due to the limitations of the current athlete registration system, athlete registrations must be manually transferred to the On-Line entry system. This will be done as at 4:00pm each standard business day (ie Monday to Friday).  Athletes who complete their registration after 4:00pm will not be able to use the On-Line Meet entry system until after 4:00pm of the following business day.

All Meets Prepaid Entry

Athletes can purchase an All Meets Prepaid Entry package for $163.00.  Please contact the AACT Executive Officer (eo@athleticsact.org.au) if you wish to upgrade to this package.

Please note that the age determination date for all athletes, other than Masters athletes, is 31st December 2021. The age determination date for Masters athletes is the date of the meet.

On-Line entry for this meet closes at 9:00pm on the Monday immediately preceding the Meet.  Please note that leaving your On-Line entry to the last few minutes may mean the system closes before you complete the entry process and make payment.

There will be no requirement to Sign-In for these events.  The events will be seeded based on the on-line entries received.  The event heats will be run as published - withdrawals on the day will not change the number of heats or lane assignment within the heats.

Eligibility

All athletes must be registered members of  Little Athletics ACT, Athletics ACT, ACT Masters Athletics Club or an athletics body affiliated with Athletics Australia.

The minimum age to compete in the PB Meet is 8 years of age (as at 31st December 2021) - this equates to the U9 age group in Little Athletics.

If you are a registered athlete, please ensure that you have selected the correct:

AACT Club (must have turned 11 before 31 December 2021);
ACT Masters Athletics; or
if a non AACT athlete, the correct State/Territory/Country.

Entry Process

Please note:  1 or more events may have entries closed off prior to the published close of entries if the number of entries taken for an event is determined to be excessive

When entering events, please ensure that you enter the seed performance relevant to the event being entered.  Please take careful note of the seed performance format.  All track events of 400 metres or more use a format of mm:ss.dd (eg '2:36.23' or 12:26.23').  If you do not use a valid seed performance format, the performance you have entered will be rejected on import to Meet Manager and, instead, it will be shown as 'NT' (ie No Time).

If you have an IPC classification, please enter it against the relevant question in the format "TxxFxx".

All AACT Meets are conducted in accordance with the current AACT Rules of Competition.
