Does your child enjoy running, jumping or throwing? We are holding a Come and Try session for children of all abilities. Coaches and assistants with experience in all abilities will be providing the basics of running, jumping and throwing, in a fun environment.

When: Sunday, 18th September 2022

Time: 1:45pm

Where: AIS Athletics Track

Cost: FREE!

Athletics is a great way to meet new friends in a relaxed, safe and social environment.

RSVP is necessary for coaches to familiarise themselves with the athletes’ details and requirements. There will also be an opportunity to discuss further athletics options.
