About

This is your chance to learn more about and develop your athletic skills for the upcoming season or to "come and try" Little Athletics and learn new skills. 

Wednesday 17th July U6-U9:  Athletes Choose 1 Event Group per session 

  • Sign in - from 9:15am 
  • Group Warm Up 9:30am - 9:45am 
  • Session 1 - 9:50am to 10:20am - Long Jump, Shot Put
  • Session 2 - 10:40am to 11:10am - Discus, Sprints 
  • Group Relay activtiy - 11:15am
  • Group cool down/ Streatches - 11:25am
