Time: 1:30pm - 2.15pm

Where: Woden Park Athletics Track

Cost: $5

This clinic is designed for athletes aged 10 (U11) and above who are new to Javelin throwing. Participants will be taught the speed, technique, and strength required for Javelin throwing.
