The 8th Summer Series meet is being held at the AIS Athletics Track on 8th February 2020 with the first event commencing at 4:45pm  Access to the track will be available approximately 1 hour before the first event.

For registered Athletics ACT and ACT Masters athletes, please login to your account before starting to register for this event.

Please note that the age determination date for athletes is now 31 December 2020.  This means that athletes born in the years 2000, 2002, 2004 or 2006 will be now competing in the next age group - eg an athlete born in 2004 competed in the Under 16 age group for all competitions held prior to 31 December 2019 but will now compete in the Under 18 age group for all competitions held on or after 1 January 2020. 

On-Line entry closes at 9:00pm on the Thursday immediately preceding the Meet.  Please note that leaving your On-Line entry to the last few minutes may mean the system closes before you complete the entry process and make payment. 

All athletes who enter On-Line must sign on to all events entered at least 30 minutes prior to the start of the event unless otherwise stated in the Program of Events.  Athletes who fail to check in prior to the close of the event will be removed from the event.

Entry will be available on the day but entry close 30 minutes prior to the scheduled start time of the event unless otherwise stated in the Program of Events.  The On-Day entry form is available on the AACT website and the On-Day entry fee is $20.50.

If you are a registered athlete, please ensure that you have selected the correct:

AACT Club (must have turned 12 before 31 December 2020);
ACT Masters Athletics; or
if a non AACT athlete, the correct State/Territory/Country. 

In entering events, please ensure that you enter the seed performance relevant to the event being entered.  Please take careful note of the seed performance format.  All track events of 400 metres or more use a format of mm:ss.dd (eg '2:36.23').  If you do not use a valid seed performance format, the performance you have entered will be rejected on import to Meet Manager and, instead, it will be shown as 'NT' (ie No Time).

If you have an IPC classification, please enter it against the relevant question in the format "TxxFxx".

Athletes who fail to check in prior to the close of the event check-in time will be removed from the event.

All AACT Meets are conducted in accordance with the current AACT Rules of Competition.

Requests for additional events

If you would like to make a request for additional events to be added to the program this must be made no later than 10 days before the event. There is no guarantee events will be added.
