Does your child have a Physical or Intellectual Disability and enjoys running, jumping or throwing? We are holding a Come and Try session for children with varying special needs. Coaches and assistants with experience in all abilities will be providing the basics of running, jumping and throwing, in a fun environment adapted to the athletes’ needs.

When:

Sunday, 4 October, 2020 (Track)

Sunday, 4 October, 2020 (Field)

Sunday, 1 November, 2020 (Track & Field)

Time: 10.30am until 12.30pm with a fruit/drink break

Where: Woden Park Athletics Centre,

Corner of Kitchener and Ainsworth Streets, Phillip

Registration closes at Midnight on the Friday prior to each session.

You must register for each individual Come & Try Day that you wish to attend.

Athletics is a great way to meet new friends in a relaxed, safe and social environment.

Registration is necessary for coaches to familiarise themselves with the athletes details and requirements/needs. There will also be an opportunity to discuss further athletics options.
