Registrations for this event are closed.

Summer Series No 3 has been rescheduled to 7th November 2020 with the first event commencing at 4:00pm.  The venue is the AIS Athletics Field with venue entry from 3:15pm.

No new entries will be taken for this meet.

Due to the current ACT COVID restrictions, now set at 200 athletes and spectators, it is a requirement that we keep a register of all those who attend any activities run by Athletics ACT.  If you are planning on attending as a spectator, you must complete this online registration.  Please limit the Parent/Guardian registration to one (1) per athlete.  If you are not on this registration list you will not be permitted into the venue.

The AIS COVID requirements limit entry to ACT and surrounding area residents athletes only.  If you are not registered with Athletics ACT (including Dual registered Little Athletes and Masters athletes) but reside in or around the ACT, please lodge an Expression of Interest registration

For registered Athletics ACT, Dual Registered athletes, ACT Masters  and interstate registered athletes, please login to your account before starting to register for this event.  The Login button is at the upper right of the entry portal screen.

 

On-Line Entry

Athletes can purchase entry to single meets which will cost $9.70 per meet,for unlimited events. This fee is payable at the time of event registration. 

Athletes can purchase an All Meets Prepaid Entry package for $160.00 which means that on-line entry to any AACT meet for the 2020-21 registration year is then free.  This includes Championship events.  Please contact the AACT Executive Officer (eo.act@athletics.org.au) if you wish to upgrade to this package.

On-Line entry closes at 9:00pm on the Thursday immediately preceding the Meet.  Please note that leaving your On-Line entry to the last few minutes may mean the system closes before you complete the entry process and make payment.

Athletes must Sign-In on arrival at the ground but do not sign on for each event.  All events will be seeded after the close of on-line entries and the seeding will not be adjusted on the day.

COVID-19 Precautions

All athletes and spectators will be required to comply with the Athletics ACT COVIDSafe Plan for Track and Field events which is available for download at the bottom of this page.  During the event please ensure you adhere to the requests of the AACT COVIDSafety Officer.

Eligibility

Participants using this portal must be registered members of Athletics ACT (includes Little Athletics ACT Dual and Masters Registrations), ACT Masters Athletics Club, another State/Territory athletics body affiliated with Athletics Australia or, for international athletes, their home nation athletics body.

The minimum age to compete in the Summer Series is 12 years of age (as at 31st December 2020)

If you are a registered athlete, please ensure that you have selected the correct:

AACT Club (must have turned 12 before 31 December 2020);
ACT Masters Athletics; or
if a non AACT athlete, the correct State/Territory/Country.

The age determination date for athletes is 31st December 2020.

 

Registration Process

When entering events, please ensure that you enter the seed performance relevant to the event being entered.  Please take careful note of the seed performance format. All track events of 400 metres or more use a format of mm:ss.dd (eg '2:36.23' or 12:26.23').  If you do not use a valid seed performance format, the performance you have entered will be rejected on import to Meet Manager and, instead, it will be shown as 'NT' (ie No Time).

If you have an IPC classification, please enter it against the relevant question in the format "TxxFxx".

All AACT Meets are conducted in accordance with the current AACT Rules of Competition.
