A small number of track events will be available as part of the Summer Down Under Wheelchair series.   The 2021 Summer Down Under Wheelchair series is being held at the AIS Athletics facility over the period 6th March to 8th March 2021.  These events are open to all age groups (U14 and older).

Due to the current ACT COVID restrictions, it is a requirement that we keep a register of all those who attend any activities run by Athletics ACT.  If you are planning on attending as a spectator, you must include this persons name at Question 10 of the entry questions.  This is limited to one family member per athlete.  Coaches may register using the following link:.  If you are not on this registration list you will not be permitted entry into the venue.

For registered Athletics ACT, Dual Registered athletes, ACT Masters and interstate registered athletes, please login to your account before starting to register for this event. The Login button is at the upper right of the entry portal screen.

 

On-Line Entry

Entry to these track events is free

On-Line entry closes at 9:00pm on the Thursday immediately preceding this Meet.  Please note that leaving your On-Line entry to the last few minutes may mean the system closes before you complete the entry process and make payment.

Athletes must Sign-In for each event at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled start time of the event/s.

On-Day Entry

There is no On-Day entry for these events as we have had to shut down entries due to the COVID number restrictions.

COVID-19 Precautions

All athletes and spectators will be required to comply with the Athletics ACT COVIDSafe Plan for Track and Field events which is available for download at the bottom of this page.  During the event please ensure you adhere to the requests of the AACT COVIDSafety Officer.

Eligibility

Participants using this portal must be registered members of Athletics ACT (includes Little Athletics ACT Dual and Masters Registrations), ACT Masters Athletics Club, another State/Territory athletics body affiliated with Athletics Australia or, for international athletes, their home nation athletics body.

Athletes registered in the ACT must wear their Club uniform.  Interstate registered athletes must wear either their Club or State uniform. 

The minimum age to compete is 11 years of age (as at 31st December 2021)

If you are a registered athlete, please ensure that you have selected the correct:

AACT Club (must have turned 11 before 31 December 2021);
ACT Masters Athletics; or
if a non AACT athlete, the correct State/Territory/Country.

The age determination date for athletes is 31st December 2021.

Registration Process

When entering events, please ensure that you enter the seed performance relevant to the event being entered.  Please take careful note of the seed performance format. All track events of 400 metres or more use a format of mm:ss.dd (eg '2:36.23' or 12:26.23').  If you do not use a valid seed performance format, the performance you have entered will be rejected on import to Meet Manager and, instead, it will be shown as 'NT' (ie No Time).

If you have an IPC classification, please enter it against the relevant question in the format "xx" (ie do not use a "T" or an "F").

All AACT Meets are conducted in accordance with the current AACT Rules of Competition.
