Capital Athletics invites you to our upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM), set for 1 December 2024 at 11:00 AM in Canberra (venue to be confirmed). This is an important event where members have the opportunity to participate in the governance of our organisation.

Board Positions Available: Three positions for Transitional Directors (currently held by Barbara Eddowes, David Boshier, and Neil Boden) are open for election. All three are eligible for re-election. If you’re interested in nominating yourself or someone else, please complete the nomination form attached below.

Submit Nominations & Motions: Nominations for Elected Directors and notices of motions must be received by 11:59 PM on Sunday, 3 November 2024. Please use the provided form for nominations and submit it via email to ceo@capitalathletics.au.
AGM Timeline:
- 17 October 2024: Advance notice issued
- 3 November 2024: Nominations and motions due
- 10 November 2024: Final AGM notice distributed to members
- 30 November 2024: Proxy appointments due
